I can't begin to describe the horror I felt when my hair became tangled and matted from being under aa gardening hat every day for a week. It was freshly washed the week before, and I didn't have time to oil and seal, so I just popped it into a pony, rolled up the ends, and went to work in the gardens. Yeah, I did this every day for a week. I'm new to caring for my natural, since I've been transitioning for almost three years. I had a sinking feeling that those scraggly relaxed ends caused the problem. As I tried many products to give me enough slip to get the knots out, and read conflicting info as to wet my hair or not, my hair condition grew worse and worse. One day I woke up to dreadlocks and just about cried. Three weeks of tugging, and failing at detangling my hair. It was giving me migraines, and my sleep was poor. I looked on the internet for help on dreadlocks removal because the local places all suggested cutting my hair off. I know that it was God who answered my prayers and led me to this website. I ordered the removal cream and put it onto my hair the day it arrived. I kept it on at least twenty-four hours, and then started to remove the dreadlocks. You must have patience to get them out. My hair was so dry, that the middle wasn't soaking up the cream, so I put my Q-Redew right onto the huge matted chunk of hair, and it forced moisture and the removal cream inside. Then those knots just started to slip right out after a few minutes and I was able to get my hair untangled in about four hours. That is four hours compared to using various other products for three weeks and still not getting the matted hair free. Thank you Treasured Locks, all of my family, friends, and online buddies will hear about this excellent website!
