Since I have bought them about 5 months ago, I have noticed that my hair is alot stronger and does not break as easily. It has however taken quite some time for this to show, but atleast I can say that there are results. One bottle is definitely not enough. I actually did not notice until the middle of the second bottle. However, my fingernails have shown tremendous results. My nails do not break as easily as they used to. I am in control of the length and when I want them shorter, I clip them, rather than them breaking off by themselves. It is a good product and I would recommend to others.";
